Roscongress mobile app
The Roscongress mobile app is an information, communication, and service platform for participants of all events organized by the Foundation.
New sections and services will appear in the mobile app as the Forum approaches.
The mobile app is available for downloading in the App Store and Google Play (search term: roscongress).
Broadcasts of Forum events
A live broadcast of the business programme events will be available:
- in the ‘Business programme’ section of the official Forum website;
- on the Roscongress Foundation website;
- in the Roscongress mobile app.
A broadcast archive following the event will be available on the Forum website and on the Roscongress Foundation website.
Telegram bot
Directly in Telegram, you can promptly receive answers to your questions, as well as:
- Learn how to register for the Forum and obtain a badge
- Clarify information about available services
- Familiarize yourself with the business programme
- Plan your route
Roscongress photobank
The Roscongress Foundation provides photography for all official events at the Forum. Photographs are published in real time.
The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included.
Hotel booking
Participants of the Healthy Life Forum can use the hotel booking service in the ‘Hotel Accommodation’ section.
Dining
A free coffee break area will be available for Forum participants.
You can also purchase food and other products at outlets at partner stands.
There will also be a water station (opposite the entrance to the Magnit on the 1st floor).

At information and services point, participants can obtain information on the Forum programme, available services, and directions around the Forum venue and other sites. The information and services point at the Forum venue offer the following services:
- copying and printing of documents
- copying and recording information to electronic media
- mobile device charging
- business trip registration
- lost & found
Simultaneous Interpreting
Simultaneous interpreting into Russian and English is available at all business programme venues.
Receivers to hear the simultaneous interpreting are provided at the entrance to the event hall or are located in the pockets of the seats in front of you.
Holding press events
Lomonosov Cluster, 2nd floor
Press point / signing ceremony point are available at the Forum venue for press events and photography. The press points are designed in the corporate style and equipped with a sound amplification system.
Lost&Found
You can find out about things lost and found at the Forum venue at the information and services point (Lomonosov Cluster, 1st floor).
Cloakroom
Cloakrooms are located at the following locations on the Forum site:

First aid
Ambulances will be stationed at the event venue for the duration of the Event.
SME cooperation
The SME Cooperation B2B service is a project that the Roscongress Foundation is implementing to support small and medium-sized businesses. The platform brings together Russian and foreign companies to develop business and industrial cooperation, attract investment, and exchange technologies.
The service is free and available to all users of the Roscongress personal account.
Arranging business meetings
A business networking area will be organized for Forum participants (Lomonosov Cluster, 2nd floor).
Participants of the Forum can use the ‘Day planner’ and ‘Business Matchmaking’ sections of the Roscongress mobile app to plan and arrange business meetings. If you wish to schedule a meeting, you need to create an event by selecting the ‘Meeting’ type, then add a new event, specify the type of event, select the time and location add invitees from the list of Forum participants.
Only participants who consented to their information being displayed will be visible. Consent is provided at the registration stage.
Scheduled meetings can be held both at the Forum venue, or elsewhere. Go to the ‘Notification Centre’ section or ‘Business Matchmaking’ section to view invitations from other participants.
