Agenda
We focus on developing modern technologies and searching for optimal solutions to create an environment that promotes good health, as well as intensifying scientific, technological, and innovative cooperation at the international level.
The Forum will provide a platform for Russian experts and representatives of CIS, BRICS, and ASEAN countries to hold a dialogue with the aim of expanding international cooperation in matters concerning healthcare.

- Participation in all events of the Forum business programme on 16–17 March (except for the events by special invitation)

Government and non-profit organizations can take part in the Forum free of charge, subject to approval by the organizers. The number of places is limited. To take part in the Forum, please register in the Roscongress personal account.
HOW CAN I BECOME A PARTICIPANT?
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Healthy Society Forum,, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.Once you have received an invitation, please confirm you will be attending by going to the ‘My events – Healthy Society Forum – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
HOW DO I DECLINE PARTICIPATION?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed you will attend but no longer plan to do so, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
HOW CAN I SUBSTITUTE A PARTICIPANT?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed you will attend the Forum but no longer plan to do so for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM AS A MODERATOR OR SPEAKER
Should you wish to participate in the Healthy Society Forum,as a moderator or speaker, please email your request to the Organizing Committee. For more information, please contact the Forum information centre: +7 (495) 221 0867.
To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign invoice agreement, which serves as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The payment date shall be considered the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
An accreditation badge is required to enter the Healthy Society Forum venue.
To collect your badge, you must log in to your Roscongress personal account and:
1. Confirm you are attending the Forum
2. Enter your personal information
3. Upload a mandatory photo for your badge
